Dawn Foods is a global sweet bakery business which supplies quality ingredients into the artisanal, in-store and industrial bakery sectors.
We have a 4,000 strong product portfolio including mixes, bases and concentrates, to create a wide range of products from American-style muffins, cookies and doughnuts to tray bakes, brownies and desserts, among many others. Dawn’s wet goods include icings, glazes and fillings. We also offer other ingredients such as chocolate – we are an exclusive UK bakery distributor of Dobla chocolate decorations – and all-natural flavourings and pastes.
Dawn is proud of its product innovation, having recently introduced new products to the market such as a sourdough donut mix, a reduced sugar multipurpose Whole & Ancient Grain Cake Mix and a complete range of vegan mixes for cakes, brownies, and muffins.
Dawn also manufactures finished frozen goods such as muffins, cookies, donuts and cakes, supplying to big names in retail and QSR.
